When you order multiple items from Fagaci, please be aware that they may be dispatched from various warehouses, which could result in staggered delivery times. While this might mean that products arrive separately, rest assured that each item will be delivered promptly. We recommend keeping a close eye on the provided tracking information to ensure timely collection of your purchases.

Regarding the tracking of your shipment, it is imperative to monitor the progress of the delivery. Failure to claim your package promptly may result in its return to our facility, and should this occur, please understand that a re-shipping fee will be necessary to dispatch your goods a second time.

For orders exceeding $75*, the standard shipping fee is waived.


Please bear in mind the following details regarding order processing and delivery:

  • All orders require up to one full business day for processing before leaving our warehouse.
  • Shipping estimates are based on carrier times and do not account for the packing and handling period.
  • Expedited shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and Military APO/FPO addresses. Allow extra time for deliveries to these regions.
  • Dispatch confirmation, complete with order summary and shipping details, will be e-mailed to you upon processing your order.
  • In case of stock shortages, we will contact you promptly to inform you and discuss alternative solutions.
  • Should your order arrive in multiple packages or be delayed due to carrier procedures, delivery location, or ordered items, we appreciate your understanding.
  • Tracking numbers are issued by the carrier and will be sent via email. This information is crucial for you to keep track of your shipment.

Liability and Loss Prevention

We understand that receiving your package promptly and securely is of paramount importance to you, and we want to ensure that the process from shipment to delivery is as smooth as possible. After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, provided by the transportation company. We kindly ask that you monitor this tracking number regularly to oversee the delivery progress of your package.

Please be advised that once the package is in transit, it becomes the customer's responsibility to safeguard it. In the event that a package is marked as delivered but is not found at the delivery location due to circumstances such as theft or environmental damage because his shipment was not monitored responsibly, we regret to inform you that Fagaci cannot assume liability for these incidents. Replacement or reshipment of lost items under such conditions is not a service we offer.

If you encounter a situation where the tracking information indicates delivery, but the package is nowhere to be found, we recommend that you immediately contact the carrier. They are obliged to provide assistance and address any inaccuracies in the delivery process.

It is crucial to act promptly if your package is missing. Please notify us and the carrier within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. We are unable to facilitate claims or provide resolution if we are notified beyond this 48-hour window, as carriers also enforce this timeframe for initiating inquiries into delivery issues.

In cases where an incorrect delivery address was provided at the time of your order, resulting in misdelivery or non-delivery, the responsibility falls on the customer. We urge you to double-check your shipping information for accuracy to avoid these complications. If an error occurs, it may be necessary for you to retrieve the package from the incorrect address or place a new order.

Should you receive a package that is unexpectedly empty or missing items, please reach out to us without delay at support@fagaci.com. We are here to assist and will work diligently to resolve any such occurrences.

Lastly, we hope you understand that shipping delays caused by natural disasters or severe weather conditions are outside of our control, and as such, we cannot offer refunds for shipping costs nor can the order be canceled while it is in the shipping process.
